My wife and I have a new baby of our own.  Our first child, Ethan.   

I would like to take a moment and share our story with you.  When our baby was born, he had a callus on his bottom.  Our pediatrician thought we would need to see a dermatologist and in a few years have it removed.   While we noticed this we also were dealing with Ethan's first bowel movements.  The Me conium was unbelievably sticky and tar like.  It was a mess to clean up and it was starting to irritate his skin.  I brought out the Snow Balm and gave him a coating.  Boy was there a huge difference in cleaning him up from then on.  It just wiped right off, no need to scrub and irritate his bottom.  Then after a few days I noticed that the callus was going away.  It was completely gone after a week.  Needless to say, we were very happy that it was gone and he would not have to suffer through a removal later on.

We have been using Snow Balm ever since.  We try to apply at every diaper change and most definitely after he has a bowel movement.  Fortunately, Snow Balm has helped prevent our son from suffering from diaper rashes so far.
