Dear Parents,

    I've been actively involved with Snow Balm since my family and I started the company.  I've heard all of the wonderful things that Doctors, Pharmacists, and Parents have said about our product, now I have my own Snow Balm success story to tell.

   Cheryl and I have been blessed with a beautiful baby girl.  Since a C-section was necessary, Cheryl was confined to bed for a couple of days and I had to do the diapering chores.  Wow!!  My youngest son is 16 and it had been many years since I had changed a diaper.  Well, the me conium got the best of me.  I didn't really get good instructions for getting it off and managed to scrub Hannah's little bottom raw.  She compounded the problem by presenting me with approximately 30 dirty diapers during her first 36 hours.  Her plumbing was working quite well but her bottom looked absolutely awful.  It broke my heart to even look at it.  What have I done to our baby!!!

    Because of Hannah's very young age, I consulted the nurses before trying Snow Balm.  They agreed that something had to be done immediately to prevent further excoriation of the skin.  I began using Snow Balm at every diaper change and within 24 hours her bottom was clear.  To say that I was relieved doesn't even begin to say enough!  Now I understand why people send us the "Thank You" notes!  I am more convinced than ever that we are doing some good in the world by helping to keep so many babies healthy and comfortable.

    To update the story, we have discovered that Hannah has very sensitive skin, so we try to use Snow Balm at every diaper change.  On a recent day trip we forgot our Snow Balm, when we returned 3-4 diapers later she had developed a very red bottom.  Again, I used Snow Balm before I put  her to bed and she was 100% better the next morning.  We will not forget it again.
